Delivery costs

Standard delivery, 6 working days

Our standard delivery only costs £5.95 per order. No matter how many products you order, the postage remains the same, which can be useful. Many of our products are delivered within 6 working days.

Express delivery

Do you need your order urgently? No problem, we offer 1 day Express delivery for £29.95! Order before 14:00 and receive your print at home one working day later. Super handy if you are for example looking for a last minute present!

Terms and conditions for the 24-hour delivery service

  • Working day (Monday to Friday)

    Ordered on a working day before 14:00, delivered the following working day.

  • Saturday or Sunday

    Ordered on Saturday or Sunday, delivered on Tuesday.

  • Ordered before 14:00, delivered in 24 hours.
  • The express service is only valid when the order is placed on a working day (bank holidays are not working days).
  • The express service is only available for mainland UK (the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man are therefore excluded).
  • Not applicable for products larger than 70 x 110 cm.
  • Shipping costs will be £29.95 (instead of our flat fee of £5.95)

Exceeded expectation!

I purchased a canvas as a Christmas gift. At first the team reached out to advise the quality of my picture may not show well for the canvas but I advised I hadn’t another picture to use and to go ahead and just use it, so they double checked before printing and gave me some options. I didn’t expect the canvas to have great quality but it arrived better than expected! Picture was absolutely perfect and the canvas is the perfect gift! Exceeded expectations with quality and customer service. Would highly recommend and purchase from again!

SUPERB quality

SUPERB quality, packaging and delivery. I have nothing but praise for their canvases. I previously ordered the same 3 montage designs from a very well known company (PB) but was very dissatisfied with the result. HelloCanvas did a spectacular job. Their wood frames are slightly thicker than I expected but are exceptionally strong with rounded edges for comfortable handling. The mounting system for hanging which they provide is simple and effective to use if you want to. Colours are strong and the canvas itself has a very tight weave. Images are very sharp with no fuzziness. If you choose the 'white border' option there is no wrap-around. Their online ordering system is the fastest and easiest I have ever found. The canvas has just the right amount of tautness so, in every single respect, all three canvases are superbly produced. I have no problem recommending them without any reservation.

Just received my order of a large…

Just received my order of a large picture of our cat that past away this year . my partner had a special connection with him and missed him so mutch so a ask hello canvas if they could do a picture for me for his Christmas. I am over the moon with the result and I now he will be to when he receives this picture at Christmas. I have used Hello canvas twice before and I'm all ways happy with the quality of the canvas picture and I will use them again with out a doubt.

Hello Canvas worked some magic!

I submitted a photo my husband had taken of the Northern Lights over the Langdale Pikes as a surprise for his 60th birthday. Unfortunately there was a problem with the size/resolution of the image and it seemed I might have to think again. Amazingly, Nick and co at Hello Canvas worked some magic using new software and the end result is absolutely amazing! I am so thrilled with the picture and can't wait to see my husband's face when he opens it! I can't praise Hello Canvas enough - thank you all so much for finding a way to make it happen!
