Gift voucher

Our prints are excellent original gifts, however you can also order a gift voucher from HelloCanvas. The recipient can choose their most memorable photo to be printed. A HelloCanvas gift voucher can be ordered for a fixed amount and supplied with a personal message. All our vouchers are made manually and will be e-mailed directly to you.

We work for many businesses and large organizations. We provide the gift vouchers to give away to customers or partners, but our vouchers are often used as (Christmas) gifts for employees. The voucher can be customized with a personal logo or text. Do you have questions or want a quote? Please contact us.

How do I buy a gift voucher?

Select a gift voucher in the ordering system, various fixed amounts are possible. We will create your gift voucher manually, with any personal message you would like. Then we send it to you as a PDF by e-mail. You can either forward it on to the recipient or print it out to give.
How can I redeem my gift voucher?

If you have received a gift voucher from us, you can use it at the end of our ordering process just before proceeding to payment. Enter the code in the coupon code box and click update. The amount will be automatically adjusted.
I have a gift voucher but want to pay extra to receive a larger size. Is this possible?

Yes, of course. You can place the order and select the desired size. Enter the gift voucher code in the "coupon code" box before proceeding to payment. The value will be deducted from the total amount.
I have a gift voucher for a large canvas size but I want to order multiple smaller sizes, is this possible?

Yes, this is no problem at all. Your gift voucher represents a certain value. It does not matter how you divide this across various prints. Order the prints you want and at the end of the ordering process, right before proceeding to payment, enter the code in the coupon code box. Click update and the gift voucher value will be deducted.
Can I use multiple gift vouchers or discounts codes for one order?

Sadly, this is not possible in our ordering system. You can only enter 1 code at a time. If you want to use 2 gift vouchers, you can place 2 orders. If you want to combine 2 gift vouchers for one large canvas, please contact us. We will arrange this for you!

Amazing customer service!

I had trouble as the photograph I wanted blown up and put on the canvas was from a professional photoshoot in turkey. The image wasn't very big however HelloCanvas went above and beyond to help me get the image blown up. They kept me in the loop constantly. Once all the issues were resolved, I received my canas within days! I absolutley love it would recommend with a 5*.

Excellent communication and turn around time + quality

I ordered prints for my boyfriend with short time - I had a week for prints to be sent to me. HelloCanvas communicated with me right away and printed my order - my prints arrived within 1 - 2 days turnaround time - and that’s to NI. I certainly recommend this company. The print and frame quality was great. Thank you guys - my boyfriends birthday was special because of you!

Brilliant magnetic hanging system!

I've been looking for something like this for ages! Ordered a few square framed photos for the wall and am delighted with the result! Love the stick-on magnetic system which makes it super easy to swap photos round or fine tune their position. For the price it's worth a punt so would definitely recommend giving it a go even if you're unsure! I'll be back for more...

Such a fantastic product and service

Such a fantastic product and service. I bought the hexagon tiles for a room that I was decorating for a Ukrainian family. I chose pictures from thei instagram of ‘home’ and ‘family’. The quality that was delivered was great, the value also was awesome in comparison to other brands and when I contacted to ask if could step up delivery as the family were arriving sooner than expected they expedited straight away. Will defo use again for my own pictures.
